The application for I‑BEST program approval and other materials used by Washington’s colleges are available on the State Board for Community and Technical College web site.
This collection of tools and resources can help states and colleges develop and implement integrated pathways from Adult Basic Education to credit-level career and technical programs. The Virtual Academy supports a “community of practice” among Accelerating Opportunity partners and other innovators.
Accelerating Opportunity invites you to use the materials and resources as you redesign and strengthen instructional practices and public policies to support the ability of students to earn postsecondary credentials. And you can help improve the Virtual Academy by providing feedback on resources.
